Kimia is a Managing Director at Peakstone, where she focuses on business development. She began her career as Director of Commercial Assets at The Moinian Group, a prominent real estate investment firm, where she helped oversee an $8 billion commercial real estate portfolio. During her 10-year tenure, she managed hundreds of employees and successfully executed numerous marquee transactions.

Kimia later served as Executive Vice President at Motionloft, working with Mark Cuban and developing strategies for the sale of companies and assets across a range of industries. She has advised business owners and executives through complex sale processes, helping them develop thoughtful exit strategies and business value improvement plans designed to maximize value, secure their financial futures, and preserve their companies’ legacies. She has also assisted business owners in raising capital at various stages of growth.

A seasoned professional with extensive business development and sales experience, Kimia brings determination, tenacity, and a results-driven approach to every engagement. She works tirelessly to identify the right opportunities for business owner clients, strategically position and market each transaction, and negotiate the best possible outcomes. Kimia attended New York University and resides in Palm Beach, Florida. She serves as Chair of the HSF Guardian of Life Advisory Committee, is a member of the Passages National Advisory Council, and serves as Special Advisor, Network Engagement for the Robin Hood Foundation.
